Press Release: Advanced D.U.I. Training on Defending Against Hospital Blood Tests

From P.R. Buzz: Jody Louis Sellers of Griffin, Georgia recently received advanced level training, from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, on Defending Against Hospital Blood Tests. Jody received training on the limitations and general forensic unreliability of hospital blood tests.  Important issues include: hospital blood tests are not a direct test of alcohol in the blood, it is an indirect test of NADH that is assumed to be equal to alcohol, hospital blood testing can only be done on serum or plasma, the alcohol concentration of serum or plasma is always higher than in whole blood, per se blood alcohol based DUI charges are based on whole blood, bias causing factors can affect the accuracy of hospital blood test results, and manufacturers warn that these tests should be used for medical purposes only.  This training was provided to AAPDA Members by Brian Manchester.  Mr. Manchester is a Member of the Association and he has been designated as the State Ambassador for the Association in the State of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Manchester’s office is located in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania and his website address is https://www.manchesterandassociates.com/.

The American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys has compiled information from Judges, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (the Top DUI Prosecutors in each State), DUI Prosecutors, current Law Enforcement Officers, former Law Enforcement Officers, and DUI Defense Attorneys to determine exactly what skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial.

When people need a DUI Attorney, the biggest challenge is knowing whether or not an attorney truly has the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases. Countless attorneys handle DUI cases. But, only a very small percentage have the skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases.
