Jody Louis Sellers of Griffin, Georgia, recently received advanced level training, from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, on Source Code Litigation on Breath Testing Machines. Jody received training about Source Code Litigation across the Country and how some attorneys are having success in getting the Courts to compel the production of breath testing machines, software, and Source Code. This training was provided by Ziad Youssef.  Mr. Youssef is a Member of the Association and he has been designated as the State Ambassador for the Association in the State of Washington.  In State of Washington vs. Mark Flanigan, the Court has compelled the production of the breath testing software finding that the demand was relevant, material, and reasonable and the breath testing software was in the possession or control of the prosecuting authority.
