New Law Update: Federal Smoking Age Raised to 21

With the new year comes new changes, and this December 2019, the federal smoking age was raised from 18 to 21.  E-cigarettes, vaping, and traditional tobacco smoking ages have been raised from 18 to 21 under a new federal law, which was signed into law this December, right before the new year.
