Governor Kemp Issues Executive Order to Re-Open Georgia Economy in Phases

On Monday, April 20, 2020, Governor Brian Kemp issued Executive Order 04.20.20.01. Under this Executive Order, Governor Kemp has started the process of re-opening Georgia’s economy in phases.

As part of the Executive Order, certain businesses (including hair stylists, bowling alleys, and gyms) will be able to begin re-opening their businesses for in-person customers.  However, the Executive Order provides for guidelines to follow in hopes of preventing another Covid-19 peak.
